Salary: £32,000 base + £10,000 OTE (Year 1) Location: London, Hybrid – flexible working options available

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be at the heart of the company’s growth, building relationships, spotting opportunities, and helping new clients discover the value of what they offer. Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Research and reach out to potential customers to start meaningful conversations
- Build rapport with decision-makers and introduce them to the company’s services
- Arrange meetings and opportunities for the wider sales team
- Share feedback and ideas to improve outreach and communication strategies
- Stay organised and keep track of your activity to ensure a smooth sales process
