About The Role
As we continue to expand into the UK market, we are seeking a driven and disciplined Sales Development Representative to own outbound pipeline generation and help build our presence in the UK allied health sector.
This role is primarily focused on outbound prospecting, identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities within the UK allied health market. You will be the first point of contact for many prospective customers, responsible for building pipeline, generating interest, and booking qualified meetings for Account Executives. This role requires strong communication skills, consistency in activity, and a proactive approach to finding and engaging the right prospects.

What you'll do
Execute outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email outreach, and social
selling to generate new opportunities
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified meetings through outbound efforts Research target accounts and identify key decision makers within allied health organisations across the UK Deliver clear and concise messaging around the value of the platform Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate pipeline within the allied health community Meet or exceed activity, meeting, and pipeline generation targets Maintain accurate records of all activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to optimise lead quality and conversion Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings Provide feedback on market trends, messaging, and customer needs Manage and respond to inbound leads in a timely and professional manner, including demo requests, website enquiries, and marketing-generated leads Qualify inbound opportunities based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for Account Executives
What you'll bring
Minimum of 12 to 18 months experience in a sales, customer-facing, or lead generation role Experience in outbound prospecting or high-volume calling environments is preferred Experience using qualification frameworks (EG: MEDDIC) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage time effectively and maintain high levels of activity Resilience and a positive attitude in a target-driven environment Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools Ability to work both independently and within a team Interest in SaaS, healthcare, or technology sectors is advantageous Based in the UK, eligible to work without sponsorship
