Key Responsibilities
As our Sales Development Representative in London, youβll help us expand our footprint across the UK and actively open up the US market. We already have US customers, now we want to step on the gas. Youβll work closely with Account Executives and the marketing team to fuel our pipeline and turn curiosity into qualified opportunity.
Outbound prospecting β Identify high-potential legal and enterprise accounts across the UK and US and drive outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn. Lead qualification & nurturing β Initiate intelligent conversations and guide potential clients through the first stages of the funnel. Pipeline development β Book and manage discovery calls for our Account Executives and ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities. Regional insight β Monitor trends and insights across the UK and US legal sectors to inform our GTM strategy. Cross-functional collaboration β Work with marketing, product and sales to provide field-level insights and help iterate GTM campaigns.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You
Are a fluent English speaker (written and spoken). Based in London with flexibility to come to our London Office and willingness to adapt your working hours to cover US time zones or travel when needed. Have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales development, inside sales or business development, ideally including outreach into the UK and US market. Have experience working in dynamic, fast-paced startup or scale-up environments in tech / SaaS, demonstrating adaptability and a growth mindset. Have hands-on experience with sales enablement tools like Hubspot and Salesforce and email automation platforms . Have a proven ability in cold calling, email outreach and lead qualification . Are hungry to develop your career at LEGALFLY, for example, into a Sales or Marketing role Are smart, inquisitive and possess strong emotional intelligence .

Your direct manager and team
You will join the Sales Development team led by our Head of Marketing, Gabby MacSweeney, alongside 7 other SDRs. The team works from either our HQ in Ghent (Belgium) or our office in London.
