About the Role

We’re scaling our Sales Organisation to accelerate growth across North America and EMEA. We’re building a team of curious, driven sales professionals who want to make an impact in a product-led, category-defining company.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be at the front line of our demand generation engine, driving pipeline creation through targeted outreach, qualification, and engagement with prospects in our key markets.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product-Led Growth, and Account Executives to turn outbound interest and active users into high-quality pipeline, fuelling both new business and expansion revenue.
Responsibilities
- Build, qualify, and nurture a high-quality pipeline through a mix of outbound and account expansion activities.
- Conduct research on target accounts to craft personalised outreach that resonates with prospects’ challenges and use cases.
- Collaborate with AEs and Growth Marketing to execute campaigns in priority regions:
- North America
- UK
- DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Benelux
- Nordics
- Utilise CRM and sales engagement tools to track, measure, and optimise activity across channels: email, phone, LinkedIn, video.
- Partner closely with the Product-Led Growth team to identify activation and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Consistently meet and exceed targets for:
- Activity
- Meetings
- Qualified opportunities
- Provide market feedback to marketing and product teams to improve messaging and product positioning.

Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or pipeline-generating role.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation goals.
- Experience engaging with mid-market and enterprise buyers.
- Personnel engaging across multiple regions with global outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency in other languages/regions is a plus).
Preferred Languages & Regions
- Chauvinistic preference: Fluency in German
- Experience selling to the DACH market
- Additional fluency in other EU languages is advantageous.
