Sales Development Representative - UK/USA

Doodle is redefining how modern teams schedule, collaborate, and connect. Our platform powers productivity for businesses of all sizes by simplifying how people meet and manage time. We’re scaling our Sales Organisation to accelerate growth across North America and EMEA. We’re building a team of high-performing, curious, and driven sales professionals who want to make an impact in a product-led, category-defining company. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be at the front line of our demand generation engine, driving pipeline creation through targeted outreach, qualification, and engagement with prospects in our key markets. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product-Led Growth, and Account Executives to turn outbound interest and active enterprise users into high-quality sales pipeline that fuels both new business and expansion revenue. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Build, qualify, and nurture a high-quality pipeline of leads through a mix of outbound and account expansion activities. Conduct research on target accounts to craft personalized outreach that resonates with prospects’ challenges and use cases. Collaborate with AEs and Growth Marketing to execute campaigns in our priority regions (North America, UK, DACH, Benelux, Nordics). Use CRM and sales engagement tools to track, measure, and optimize activity across channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, video). Partner closely with the Product-Led Growth team to identify activation and expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Consistently meet and exceed activity, meeting, and qualified opportunity targets. Provide feedback from the market to marketing and product teams to improve messaging and product positioning. Our Ideal Candidate (What You Bring) 2+ years of hands-on experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or pipeline-generating role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment. Proven record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation goals. Experience engaging mid-market and enterprise buyers across multiple regions. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English. Fluency in German is a plus, as is experience with selling to the DACH market. We would also love to hear from candidates with fluency in other EU languages as we accelerate our growth across EMEA. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
