About the Opportunity

Needl are working with an exciting early-stage startup who are looking for an experienced SDR to join their growing business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become the first dedicated SDR/BDR in a growing SaaS business, helping shape the outbound function from the ground up.

You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities across a range of sectors, including Legal, Financial Services, Investigations and Compliance, targeting a mix of SMB, mid-market, and selected enterprise organisations.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with the commercial leadership team to help define what great outbound looks like. There is plenty of greenfield territory to go after, so they're looking for someone who enjoys building pipeline, opening doors, and creating opportunities from scratch. This is a senior-level position with fantastic career growth opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
