In line with this, we are delighted to advertise a new entry point role as a Sales Development Representative.

This role offers a fantastic introduction to Infinigate Cloud’s product range, commercial understanding and cultivation of the sales skillset that will drive your future career growth. To be successful in this role, you will be focused with the ability to proactively understand and share information connecting with partners via mainly outbound initiative.

We are pleased to offer this role as hybrid, based in our South Cerney office 3 days, with 2 days working from home. Due to its rural location, a driver’s license and access to a vehicle would be ideal.

  • Responsible for widening Infinigate cloud footprint into our unmanaged partner base.
  • Expected to uncover and position new technology and services within the unmanaged partner account base of up to 4000 accounts.
  • Deliver top of funnel sales engagement and work with the Inf Cloud sales leads, from initial partner engagements, partner on boarded to cloud platforms, through to transacting.
  • Understand and follow internal processes as well as vendor processes.
  • Maintain and update customer information on Oracle CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) for names account list.
  • Exceed set quarterly sales targets and new business key performance indicators.
  • Attend product training sessions and demonstrations.
  • Undertake regular vendor sales training.
  • Interaction with key internal departments, i.e. Purchasing, Finance, and wider Product Managers across the Infinigate Cloud teams.
  • Support both external / internal partner meetings to discuss upsell, business plans, training needs and technical engagement.
  • Align strategically with the Infinigate marketing teams to support event recruitment and drive wider lead generation initiatives.
  • Responsible for answering the incoming enquires alongside the Sales team.
  • Adhere to company policy and work in line with the Company Quality Management System at all times.

General Skills

  • Sales experience
  • Understanding of IT channel sales.
  • Knowledge of Oracle CRM, Intermediate level Excel/Office/email etc.
  • Ability to work on own initiative or work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

This role requires a valid driving license, access to a vehicle, and business use insurance, which covers travel to other offices, vendors and partners beyond normal commuting.

  • £28,000 - £30,000 base salary + up to £5,000 variable commission per annum.
