What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to help convert leads into sales opportunities. This role requires enthusiasm, high energy, and the ability to communicate well with prospective clients and identify their needs. If you are confident in your sales ability and love working with people, we want to talk with you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and qualify leads, setting appointments for our sales team to close
- Serve as the first point of contact with prospects
- Reach and exceed weekly/monthly goals
- Identify, execute, and follow up on opportunities to build customer relationships, including prospecting and lead utilisation
- Acquire prospect data from initial conversations
- Handle inbound calls and follow up on inbound opportunities
- Make an average of 150 outbound calls (to inbound leads) per day
- Anticipate customer needs and concerns, maintaining knowledge of their pain points
- Educate and qualify leads to facilitate sales
- Collaborate on projects to improve processes and enhance the client experience
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections

Schedule: Full-time, evenings and weekends off. Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.
What We’ll Love About You
- Proven selling ability with at least 1 year of experience
- Ability to articulate our value proposition via webinars, online demos, phone, and email
- Experience in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities
