Sales Development Representative / Business Development Executive, SaaS
Office based in Leeds
The Rewards
- Base Salary: £30,000
- Realistic Year 1 OTE: £47,000 (Top performers hitting circa £55,000)
- Year 2 OTE: £70,000+

Who We Are Looking For as a Sales Development Representative / Business Development Executive
You don't need prior software experience to break into SaaS here. We are just looking for transferable sales experience to become an elite BDR/SDR SaaS professional. The backgrounds of current high-performers include ex-recruiters, estate agents, car sales executives, and home improvement salespeople. Telesales and other proven salespeople are encouraged to apply.

What you do need to Apply to the Role of Sales Development Representative / Business Development Executive
- A proven background in a target-driven sales environment.
- Resilience, high energy, and a passionate desire to overachieve.
- The work ethic to hit the ground running: making 30 fully researched outbound calls and aiming for 2 closed deals a day.
