Role title: Sales Development Representative

Reports to: Head of Franchise

Location: Just Shutters, Southbourne Grove, Bournemouth

Looking for a flexible role that fits around your lifestyle? Join us for around 9–12 hours per week, with ideal flexi-hours that work for you while earning some extra cash. This isn't your traditional sales role—there are no cold calls. Instead, you'll be speaking with customers after their home design visit, understanding their experience, exploring any objections they may have, and helping them take the next step. If you're a great communicator who enjoys meaningful conversations and making a real difference, we'd love to hear from you!

The role will focus on contacting customers who have had quotations created but not yet purchased. During the journey, you will not only follow up on quotations and support sales opportunities, but also ensure every prospective customer receives a best-in-class experience with you.

The role pays from £13 per hour and for every converted quote to order you will receive 0.5% from the sale amount.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with prospective customers through phone, email, and follow-up material communication
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring each lead is followed up, qualified and converted into successful orders. Track interactions and progress using the CRM system.
  • Customer Service: Ensure all enquiries are handled professionally, efficiently, positively and in line with the Just Shutters culture and brand.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the wider franchise owners and Business Support team to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead management is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Confident speaking with customers over the phone and via email
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive, and professional approach
