Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Department: Sales
Reports to: Head of Commercial Development
Passionate about making our world safer and more sustainable? Come help us reach out to safety and fleet leaders around the world, showing them how our digital technology can save lives, engage with users, while reducing carbon emissions, risk, and insurance premiums. You’ll work together with our talented commercial team to identify and qualify prospective leads and opportunities in support of our global sales and business efforts. You should be a creative, energetic person who can’t take no for an answer, with experience in selling SaaS technology to enterprise global markets and be fluent in English.
You’ll work primarily from Israel, and from time to time you’ll travel to represent us at events and tradeshows. Experience in the automotive market is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sourcing and developing prospects and targeting leads: you will work with our team to research target markets, create strategies for generating interest and carry out digital (primarily LinkedIn and email) outreach initiatives.
- Qualifying potential clients: as GreenRoad’s “face to the prospect”, you will reach out to potential clients, attempting to develop interest and engagement that enables you to explore and qualify the prospect.
- Conducting sales follow-up activities and maintaining prospect relationships, with a focus on ensuring excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
- Developing expertise regarding our products and features: gaining the knowledge required to function as a “consultant” to clients who can demonstrate how GreenRoad solutions are differentiated, answer and explain how this can solve their pain points and deliver value.
- Documenting your activities: you will be required to log your outreach efforts using CRM (Salesforce) and other tools.
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales performance goals.

- Excellent selling and communication skills: ability to listen carefully, supported by clear verbal and written skills.
- Ability to work across geographies, cultures, and time zones.
- Proven track record of sales success targeting enterprise customers with technology-based solutions.
- Strong teamwork and service orientation.
