The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join Attest as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). You will have a unique opportunity to partner with a variety of consumer brands who are placing consumer insight at the heart of their strategy. The Logistics
We embrace a flexible hybrid work model, where Sales Development Representatives work on site in our London office on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays. This approach allows us to collaborate in person, while ensuring enough time remotely for deep, focused work.
The role attracts a basic salary of £38,000 to £43,000 plus commission.
As a Sales Development Representative you will:
- Proactively prospect into one of our core verticals (financial services, food & beverage and media & entertainment) as well as our secondary verticals (life sciences, big tech, plus other areas where we are seeing opportunities!) adapting your approach as required.
- Nurture great relationships with prospects via a multi-channel approach across phone, email, video and LinkedIn to engage them in conversation with Attest.
- Think outside the box and demonstrate resilience when overcoming objections and have a proven track record of turning nos into yeses.
- Carry out initial qualification to identify prospect pain points and challenges whilst aligning the Attest solution and benefits.
- Communicate the various value propositions of the Attest platform to multiple stakeholders through account-based selling.
- Become a trusted advisor, able to educate and advise prospects on how the Attest platform can help them.
- Keep track of your performance, asking for help and support when needed, meeting multiple metrics.

A bit about you:
- You will have worked within either a sales role or a position where you were prospecting, for example in fundraising or recruitment.
- You are a confident and thoughtful communicator to individuals at all levels, both verbally and in writing, able to adapt your style to different audiences and in different contexts.
- You are curious and possess rigour in your way of thinking. You ask thoughtful questions, and are naturally able to develop solutions from a position of insight and knowledge.
- You are coachable, embracing feedback and applying it to continuously develop and improve.
- You will also review your own performance, tracking performance metrics to identify what good looks like vs what needs optimising, and comfortable experimenting with different prospecting strategies to uplift performance.
- You have outstanding organisational and time management skills and thrive in an autonomous environment.
- You’re resilient. You don’t give up easily and you’re tenacious in your approach.
- You are self-motivating - you love being part of a team, but know how to keep yourself moving.
