Sales Development Representative
About the Sales Development Representative (SDR) Role at Talon.One
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Talon.One’s Business Development organization. This team plays a key role in identifying and understanding potential customers’ needs and helping them enhance their loyalty and promotions strategies, contributing directly to their business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing critical skills in managing a territory
- Utilising data intelligence to identify and prioritise target accounts
- Crafting effective email outreach and outbound prospect phone calls
- Engaging with C-suite prospects
- Coordinating cross-departmental efforts to showcase Talon.One’s value and qualify early-stage deals
This is a full-time role based in London, United Kingdom.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Outreach and Territory Management
- Research accounts strategically and create tailored communication plans across channels (Phone, Email, LinkedIn, video).
- Define outreachplanning to identify the most impactful sectors and prospects within the UKI, Nordic & Benelux regions.
Collaboration and Team Integration
- Work alongside leading professionals in Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships within an environment that thrives on innovation, creativity, and collaboration.
Engagement with C-Suite & Prospects
- Engage directly with C-suite decision-makers, addressing business goals, loyalty and promotions strategies, and marketing challenges/opportunities.

Driving KPIs
- Source and qualify opportunities to meet individual and team quotas
- Bring exciting new clients to Talon.One’s customer base
- Achieve productivity through personalisation, setting meetings, and conducting thorough discovery and qualification efforts
What We’re Looking For
Core Qualifications & Skills
- Fluent English with the confidence to execute impactful cold calls
- Results-driven mindset excelling in goal-oriented settings
- Ideally: Experience in a comparable sales role; high-performance backgrounds (e.g. performing arts, military, elite sports) valued
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with enthusiasm for initiating authentic conversations across multiple communication channels
Commercial Savvy & Metrics-Focused
- Performation prioritising, researching opportunities, and aligning value proposition with customer needs
- Being motivated by measured outcomes and KPI success metrics
- Willingness to collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnerships in prepping demo meetings and advancing deals
