Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: London (Shoreditch) — Hybrid, 3-4 days in office
Salary: £35k - £50k base (dependent on experience), £70-85k OTE

The Role:

As an SDR based in London, you'll prospect new business and build pipeline with accounts of all sizes across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

You'll be central to our new-logo acquisition strategy — a highly visible role with direct, measurable impact on revenue. You will:

  • Manage your own book of accounts and set the prospecting strategy for each
  • Book demos and meetings for our Account Executives through cold calling, personalised email, LinkedIn outreach, video prospecting, events, and direct mail
  • Uncover needs beyond what's initially obvious to the prospect through structured, thoughtful questioning
