Sales Development Representative – HRTech

Established over 50 years ago, our client is a global HR Tech organisation with offices across Europe & Asia. Focused on employee lifecycle, their software is used by a range of businesses including Five Guys, Travelodge, and Vodafone, as well as 20% of Top Retailers.

Having grown continuously year-on-year, they are now expanding their new business team and looking for an SDR to come onboard. This role is focused on generating leads, prospecting new clients, and acting as an ambassador to the brand.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in their Watford office.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities across a range of industries including retail, hospitality, manufacturing, financial services, professional services, and more
  • Identify key decision makers and network effectively
  • Engage with prospects through a range of cold-calling, online networking, email, social outreach, and more
  • Work with senior Sales team members to close meetings
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on wider sales efforts and lead generation
  • Accurate CRM software management, recording all activity completed

The Successful Candidate

  • 12+ months outbound software sales experience
  • New business generation experience is essential
  • A link to the HR Tech space or similar would be a plus
  • New business candidates in the B2C space would also be considered
  • 2 days per week in the Watford office

Sales Development Representative Package

  • Basic salary: up to £42,000
  • OTE: +£21,000
