Overview
Our sales and marketing teams help companies understand how Seismic can power collaboration internally through content. We’re thoughtful and committed to telling the Seismic story, with the ultimate goal of helping brands enable their go-to-market (GTM) teams effectively.
In this role, you’ll play a critical role in spreading awareness of our cutting-edge technology and expanding Seismic’s footprint in Northern Europe.
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) take the first step in driving adoption of our world-class sales enablement platform through outreach, qualifying opportunities, and setting the stage for revenue success.

- A natural aptitude for sales—passion for selling high-quality products
- 6+ months of inside sales experience (preferred, but not mandatory; equivalent experience in customer outreach, prospecting, or sales support will be considered)
- High energy, enthusiasm, and ambition—with the drive to grow your career and exceed expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including cold-calling experience (highly valued)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with key tools:
- MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
What You’ll Be Doing
Your primary focus? Generating high-quality leads and kickstarting revenue pipelines by activating Seismic’s "enablement commerce" story across Northern Europe. Here’s what success looks like in day-to-day work:
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Conduct high-volume cold outreach (phone, email) to researched B2B accounts (targeted by geography, industry, and company size)
- Qualify opportunities based on the ** britischen "sales qualification framework"**
- Identify and research prospects using web/social media tools, internal databases, and third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cxpromoter, Earmark)
- Alongside Outside Sales and Marketing, identify hot leads that can quickly move to next steps
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Pitch Seismic’s value using clear, compelling messaging—you’ll deepen your knowledge of our products, solutions, and internal value propositions
- Build positive rapport with prospects, decision-makers, and internal teams to foster trust
- Align client needs with Seismic’s capabilities, ensuring tailored recommendations
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Document every interaction, engagement, and touchpoint meticulously in the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Ensure qualified leads meet minimum quality standards
- Collaborate with Outside Sales to hand-off hot leads, set monthly goal targets, and track pipeline health
- Monitor and challenge "no’s" to productivity targets to exceed KPIs and always strive for revenue targets
Team Collaboration
- Partner with Outside Sales to co-create strategies and build pipeline segments that align with market opportunities
- Drive ownership over assigned customers-to-target lists
- Future-proofing skills: Develop a forecasting mindset, learn .googleapis functions, and support pipeline adaptation as Agile practices evolve
- Participate in regular team meetings (daily syncs, pipeline reviews, goal-setting discussions)
