Outbound SDR (Sales Development Representative) – London (Hybrid)

As an Outbound SDR, you’ll make a pivotal contribution to building a pipeline of qualified leads. Your mission? Proactively engage ideal prospects, uncover their pain points, and secure meaningful meetings for the Account Executives (AE) team. Results are critical here—your drive, adaptability, and deep understanding of monday.com’s solutions (alongside clear communication and strategy) will define your success.
Note: This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in our London office 3 days per week.

About the Role
- Open doors: Adopt a data-driven approach to prospecting, constructing a pipeline across strategic customer segments while positioning monday.com as the go-to brand in emerging markets.
- Take extreme ownership: Identify and resolve inefficiencies by leveraging our tools for faster, smarter prospecting.
- Qualification: Lead deep-dive discovery calls to pinpoint prospect needs, challenges, and budgets. Uncover buying signals and align pain points with our solutions.
- Meeting preparation: Deliver detailed call reports to AEs, including:
- Contact information
- Company backgrounds
- Potential deal size
- CRM management: Ensure CRM records are accurate, up-to-date with:
- Prospect data
- Call notes
- Meeting outcomes
- Reporting & analysis: Track activity/performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and share actionable insights with leadership.
- Continual learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and monday.com’s offerings to refine engagement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and nurture prospects through outbound outreach.
- Schedule appointments and pre-call briefings for AE teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer success with sales goals.
- Develop tailored prospecting strategies leveraging CRM data.
- Drive adoption of monday.com’s AI and automation tools in sales workflows.
- Maintain speed and accuracy in qualifying leads and updating pipelines.

Requirements
- Minimum: 1 year of experience in Outbound Sales or lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—build trust and spark meaningful discussions.
- Time management and organisation: Multitask efficiently while prioritising high-value leads.
- Proficient in CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
- Passionate about continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Competitive mindset: Exceed targets and win deals as a result-driven, goal-oriented self-starter.
- Deep understanding of monday.com’s solutions—and the ability to articulate ROI for customers.
- Proven track record in combating objections and overcoming objections strategically.
- Experience identifying and addressing customer pain points to align them with multiday’s value.
- Adaptability to hybrid environments with 3 office days/week.
