Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Manchester

Salary: £27,000 basic + uncapped commission (£10,000–£15,000 OTE)

We're hiring ambitious, driven people to join a fast-growing sales team as Sales Development Representatives. No previous sales experience is needed. If you're confident speaking to people, eager to learn, and motivated to build a successful career, we'll give you all the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Starting conversations with potential business customers via phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Identifying opportunities and booking meetings for senior sales team members
  • Learning how modern B2B sales works in a real business environment
  • Building valuable communication, negotiation and commercial skills
  • Working alongside a supportive team that invests in your growth and development
