Sales Development Representatives - Fast Track Programme

We’re hiring 12 ambitious salespeople ready to fast-track their careers in the world of business connectivity.

Looking to join a tech business building something genuinely exciting? At Convergence Group, our mission is to make business connectivity as simple and reliable as electricity, water, or gas. Big ambitions? That’s where you come in. We’re seeking:

  • Commercially-driven individuals with 2+ years of sales experience who are eager to accelerate their careers.

About the Role

What You’ll Do

Over 12 weeks, you’ll develop the knowledge, confidence, and commercial skills to sell:

  • Business connectivity
  • Managed networks
  • Infrastructure solutions

Working alongside experienced sales leaders, you’ll:

  • Identify selling opportunities
  • Build and nurture customer relationships
  • Master multiple technology solutions

This is not a traditional classroom program—it’s real commercial experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Responsibility starts on day one.

What You'll Get

Compensation & Rewards

  • £30,000 salary (during the Fast Track programme)
  • Up to £35,000 base salary (on permanent appointment)
  • Uncapped commission
  • 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
