THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales Development Team Lead to help accelerate AGR's growth across Europe. This is a dual player-coach role, combining hands-on sales development with the leadership of an international SDR team.

Approximately 50% of your time will be focused on managing, coaching and developing a team of five SDRs working across different markets. The remaining 50% will be dedicated to generating qualified pipeline in your own market and leading by example.

This role is well suited to either a high-performing Senior SDR who is ready to take the next step into team leadership, or an experienced SDR Team Lead who enjoys staying close to day-to-day prospecting and pipeline generation.

You will work closely with Marketing, Account Executives and Revenue Operations to improve outreach, qualification, processes and team performance, directly reporting to VP Growth & Marketing.

Team Leadership Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of five SDRs across multiple European markets.
  • Run regular one-to-ones, coaching sessions, call reviews and performance discussions.
  • Support the onboarding and continuous development of new and existing SDRs.
  • Track individual and team performance against agreed KPIs and help the team consistently achieve its targets.
  • Improve outbound processes, messaging, cadences and playbooks through structured coaching and ongoing testing.
  • Build a collaborative, accountable and high-performance team culture.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment on campaigns, lead quality, qualification and handover.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
