This opportunity is all about setting the pace, leading from the front, and bringing real energy to a high-performing sales team.

We’re looking for a Sales Development Team Leader who thrives on being in the action. You will be on the phone, building your pipeline, creating opportunities, and showing the team exactly what great looks like.

You will drive momentum every day. From running call sessions to launching incentives and rewards, you will create a competitive, high-energy environment where people want to win and celebrate success together.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading from the front by booking high-quality meetings, and setting the standard for the team
  • Coaching and mentoring Sales Development Representatives in real time, helping them sharpen their approach and build confidence
  • Creating energy through call sessions, team challenges, and spot incentives that keep momentum high
  • Driving performance against KPIs, ensuring the team consistently delivers pipeline for the sales function
  • Building a competitive but supportive culture where success is recognised, celebrated, and shared
  • Designing and running rewards such as prizes, competitions, and incentives to keep engagement strong
  • Supporting the team to develop strong, consultative B2B conversations that convert into real opportunities

  • Proven success in outbound sales or lead generation, with a track record of exceeding targets
