After building a powerful sales engine, signing thousands of companies through strong inbound demand from our Marketing and Partnerships teams, we’re now scaling even faster. Following the launch of our dedicated outbound channel, we’re investing heavily to grow with Corporate and Enterprise clients, creating a unique opportunity to shape and strengthen a high-impact commercial function at a pivotal stage. We’re looking for a tenacious, hands-on Sales Director/VP Sales to join our team.
You’ll drive the end-to-end acquisition strategy across SME, Corporate, and Enterprise, leading Sales Development, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and sustained revenue growth for both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of prospecting, new business, onboarding, retention, and expansion across SME, Corporate, and Enterprise segments.
- Grow and develop an outbound sales strategy that secures large opportunities while maintaining high-velocity SME funnel performance.
- Manage and mentor Sales Development, Business Development, and Customer Success leaders, coaching them to exceed KPIs and scale these functions alongside our expansion.
- Work closely with the CCO and CEO to shape and execute the go-to-market (GTM) plan, ensuring revenue growth targets are met across all segments.
- Stay ahead of the latest sales technology, AI, and tools, integrating their advantages into prospecting, qualification, selling, launching, and customer retention processes.
- Build a Customer Success function that maximises long-term value through exceptional onboarding, retention, and expansion.
- Deliver revenue, pipeline, and retention targets while optimising cost of acquisition and lifetime value across all segments.
- As a leadership team member, drive coaching, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration critical to driving growth.

About You
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Director with:
- Minimum 3 years experience leading a B2B sales function, ideally managing the full acquisition funnel (SDR → AE → CS) in a fast-growing company.
- Proven experience scaling SDR and AE outbound teams, including playbook creation, hiring frameworks, and KPI-driven performance.
- An HR tech, fintech, or broader B2B SaaS background would be advantageous.
- Exceptional people management skills, with a track record of growing high-performing managers.
- Startup and scale-up experience, thriving in fast-paced, early-stage environments with high impact.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and embracing a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
