Sales Director
Sales Director – Google Cloud Professional & Managed Services
Zencore is a fast-growing company founded by former Google Cloud leaders, architects, and engineers. We are seeking candidates with significant experience in Google Cloud to join our team. Our engagements aim to eliminate obstacles, reduce risk, and accelerate timelines for customers transitioning to Google and seeking assistance with data and application modernization. We embed within customer teams to provide strategic guidance, facilitate technology decisions, and execute projects in a collaborative, co-development style.
About the Role
The Sales Director role is focused on growing the professional services and managed services resell business by building relationships with CEOs, CTOs, and other company executives. You will align the Zencore offerings with business and technology initiatives and partner with the Google Cloud Select and Enterprise sales teams to help drive revenue into strategic accounts.

- This is an individual contributor role
- Must be located in the United Kingdom and in close proximity to London
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with digital-native organizations (mid to large software companies):
- Managing complex commercial and legal discussions
- Collaborating with procurement, legal, and business teams
- Preferably:
- Experience selling infrastructure software, databases, analytics tools, or applications software
- Direct experience with Google Cloud or a Google Cloud-enablement partner (preferred)
- Experience leveraging C-level relationships with executives.
- Extensive experience handling large, complex commercial and legal discussions
- Familiarity with managing vendor relationships in complex implementation projects, including:
- Global system integrators
- Packaged software vendors
- Open to potential travel to Google Offices in Europe.

Responsibilities
- Build and grow executive relationships with enterprise customers, influencing long-term strategic direction and serving as a business partner.
- Present to C-level executives in corporate and global customers.
- Lead account strategy and collaborate with Google Sales and Customer Engineering teams to identify new opportunities.
- Understand each customer’s:
- Technology footprint
- Strategic growth plans
- Business drivers
- Technology strategy
- Business landscape
- Drive business development, deliver accurate forecasting, and achieve strategic goals by guiding customers through the entire business process.
