About GSS

Welcome to GSS! We are an industry-driven managed service transforming global financial crime risk management by collaborating with leading financial institutions, deploying cutting-edge technology and leveraging Agentic AI. GSS will become the industry default for screening transactions for sanctions risk – through a consistent, standardised, and scalable model. Supported by regulators, trusted by the market. Join us in revolutionising the industry and making a real impact.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Director to lead global growth by driving pipeline development, managing/growing a high-performing team, and securing strategic relationships.

The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving global revenue growth for our solutions. Reporting directly to the CEO, this hybrid position combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution. The successful candidate will lead, develop, and grow a sales team while maintaining an individual sales target and building a robust global pipeline. The role requires deep expertise in financial crime (sanctions screening ideally), managed services (SaaS particularly), and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder relationships across banks and other financial institutions.

The Sales Director will be instrumental in shaping our market presence and accelerating adoption of our compliance technology worldwide.

What You’ll Do

Sales Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop a sales team to exceed revenue targets
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics aligned with company growth objectives
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
