Sales Director

We are partnering with a leading provider of mission-critical capital markets technology to recruit an experienced Sales Director to drive new business growth across the UK.

This is an opportunity to join a growing organization with an established global client base and significantly less bureaucracy than larger competitors, allowing deals to move quickly and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone with an established network across UK financial institutions and a successful track record selling complex post-trade or capital markets technology solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a UK new business sales strategy.
  • Identify, develop, and close new enterprise opportunities within investment banks, brokers, and capital markets institutions.
  • Build relationships with senior business stakeholders across the UK financial services sector.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
  • Work closely with product, pre-sales, and marketing teams to deliver successful customer engagements.
  • Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
