**Senior Business Development Representative - Institutional Sales (UK) – Fireblocks

The Opportunity

As part of the Fireblocks sales team, you will play a meaningful role in scaling one of the fastest-growing companies in Blockchain & Cybersecurity.

In your Senior BDR (Business Development Representative) role, you will:

  • Focus on Crypto Native, Web3, and Financial Services accounts in the UK
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers and the Business Development team

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Work closely with the Fireblocks BDR and GTM Team
  • Build and maintain prospect and customer relationships
  • Conduct prospecting, territory, and account planning
  • Update and maintain Fireblocks CRM

Core Requirements

Looking for a relentless, closing-driven sales professional with:

  • Enterprise sales experience (software, institutional sales, or relevant financial services, crypto, blockchain, or fintech sector)
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
  • Preferable direct experience in:
    • Financial services
    • Cybersecurity
    • Cryptocurrency
  • A track record of exceeding targets and achieving success
  • Entrepreneurial & aggressive hunting mindset with high will to prospect
  • Experience in team-selling roles
