**Senior Business Development Representative - Institutional Sales (UK) – Fireblocks

The Opportunity
As part of the Fireblocks sales team, you will play a meaningful role in scaling one of the fastest-growing companies in Blockchain & Cybersecurity.
In your Senior BDR (Business Development Representative) role, you will:
- Focus on Crypto Native, Web3, and Financial Services accounts in the UK
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers and the Business Development team
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Work closely with the Fireblocks BDR and GTM Team
- Build and maintain prospect and customer relationships
- Conduct prospecting, territory, and account planning
- Update and maintain Fireblocks CRM
Core Requirements
Looking for a relentless, closing-driven sales professional with:
- Enterprise sales experience (software, institutional sales, or relevant financial services, crypto, blockchain, or fintech sector)
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
- Preferable direct experience in:
- Financial services
- Cybersecurity
- Cryptocurrency
- A track record of exceeding targets and achieving success
- Entrepreneurial & aggressive hunting mindset with high will to prospect
- Experience in team-selling roles
