About Warmo
Warmo is a GTM Signal Intelligence Platform that eliminates manual B2B prospecting. Instead of spending hours on Crunchbase, LinkedIn, and Google, Warmo monitors the live web for real buying signals — funding rounds, hiring surges, market expansions — and surfaces the right companies, the right decision makers, and AI-written outreach angles in under 60 seconds. We are pre-revenue and currently raising our seed round.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales to join us at the ground floor. This is a founding sales role. You will be the first person owning revenue at Warmo, working directly with the founder to land our first customers and prove the model.
This role is equity based. We are not offering a salary at this stage. Once we close our seed round, we will move to a competitive salary package. We are offering real ownership in a company solving a problem every B2B business has.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
