Sales Director UK

Lead the Future of Digital Water Infrastructure

Are you a consultative sales professional who thrives on solving complex engineering challenges rather than selling transactional software?

Influx Search is partnering with a globally recognised provider of advanced optimisation software that is transforming how water utilities plan, design and invest in critical infrastructure. Their cloud-based platform enables utilities to make smarter capital investment decisions, delivering significant operational efficiencies and helping customers save millions of pounds across major infrastructure programmes.

As demand for digital transformation across the UK water sector continues to accelerate, we are looking to appoint a commercially driven Sales Director UK to lead new business development and strategic account growth across the region.

The Opportunity

This is a genuine hands-on sales leadership role where you will own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to contract award.

Working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, you'll become the trusted commercial partner to some of the UK's largest water utilities, helping them rethink traditional approaches to infrastructure planning through adoption of cutting-edge technology.

You'll inherit established relationships whilst developing new opportunities across utilities, engineering consultancies and strategic partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
