Sales Director | Electronics Components

Berkshire (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)

£80,000–£100,000 + 20% Bonus + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

I'm currently partnering with a highly respected international technology business that is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Director to lead its commercial growth across the UK and international markets.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative organisation that works with leading manufacturers and OEMs, delivering complex electronic solutions into high-growth sectors including defence and industrial.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A proven track record in a Sales Director or senior sales leadership role
  • A background within electronics components
  • An Electronics Engineering degree
  • Experience selling technical solutions into defence and industrial markets
  • Strong commercial leadership, strategic account management, and business development experience
  • Experience working with OEMs and distribution partners
  • Eligibility to work within the UK defence sector (British passport required)
