Sales Director | UK & Ireland

UK Field Based – ideally Midlands or South | Competitive Salary + Lucrative Bonus | Car Allowance | Excellent Benefits

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll take ownership of the commercial strategy across the UK & Ireland, leading an established sales leadership team while influencing the future direction of a market-leading business.

Some of What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and inspiring a high-performing UK & Ireland sales organisation.
  • Driving profitable growth across existing customers and new markets.
  • Building strategic relationships with key accounts and executive stakeholders.
  • Developing and executing commercial strategies that outperform the competition.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven Sales Director with a successful background in innovative manufacturing.
  • A strategic commercial leader who still enjoys being close to customers.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and board-level influencing skills.
  • Commercially astute, ambitious and driven by delivering sustainable growth.
