Sales Director Responsibilities:

As a Sales Director, you develop and execute a short-term/long-term sales plan with Amdaris leadership. You will lead a team of software sales consultants in support of your sales plan.

  • You will support the team in identifying, qualifying and closing new enterprise clients.
  • They apply different research methods, applying various sales strategies to aid full market penetration and sell our service catalogue on both an end-to-end and modular basis.
  • Your team will collaborate on selective Insight accounts with local Insight sales teams, but your team will be sales hunters. Amdaris is a sales performant business, meeting quarterly bookings and other KPIs is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the team in seeking out and developing business opportunities from all market areas, including our parent company (Insight Enterprises).
  • You will need to provide thought-leadership to the team to help them provide the best possible buying experience for our clients.
  • Further to this, using MEDDPICC and our own sales strategy/playbook to ensure the team qualify accordingly and build trust with our clients in a very detailed manner.
  • This is a leadership role but it requires frequent customer-facing activity with your team. Therefore, the ability to listen, build rapport and credibility as a strategic partner is vital for this role. Passion, intelligence and energy are must-have traits.
  • You will provide leadership to your team members, including onboarding support, coaching and mentoring, constructive feedback/reviews and supporting them on their larger and more complex opportunities. Day to day, this will involve deal reviews, support on pitches/meetings/calls and commercials.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
