Sales Director – Agency Partnerships
London | Hybrid
Up to £100,000 base + competitive bonus
We are partnering with a fast-growing international advertising technology business that is changing how major brands plan, activate and measure omnichannel campaigns.
Combining intelligent audience insights, advanced technology and real-world consumer behaviour, the platform helps advertisers make better media decisions, reach the right consumers and deliver stronger commercial outcomes.
The business already works with leading global brands and agencies and is now investing further in its UK commercial team.
They are looking for a Sales Director to take ownership of the relationship with OMD, build a significant pipeline and establish the business as a strategic partner across the agency.
The Opportunity
This is a senior, high-impact agency sales position with genuine ownership.
You will be responsible for developing the OMD relationship, identifying new revenue opportunities and building strong connections across planning, investment, strategy and specialist teams.
You will:
- Own and develop the commercial relationship with OMD
- Build senior relationships across relevant agency teams and client accounts
- Create a clear growth strategy for the agency
- Identify, pitch and convert new campaign opportunities
- Position the platform as a strategic solution rather than another media supplier
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting and brief generation through to negotiation, close and renewal
- Work closely with internal account management, trading and activation teams to deliver successful campaigns
- Develop relationships directly with brands where appropriate
- Maintain a strong, accurate pipeline and consistently deliver against revenue targets
- Represent the business across client meetings, agency events and the wider UK advertising market

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
