A globally respected Engineering and Manufacturing business known for high quality products designed for demanding professional use across a host of different industries. Their products are used across automotive, construction, agricultural and transportation landscapes. They continue to grow across multiple markets and benefit from strong investment, enabling them to modernise, scale and advance their market position globally.
This is a role with genuine influence. You will shape global dealer strategy, steer market growth and have a direct hand in how a well-established manufacturing business develops its commercial footprint across mature and emerging markets.

You'll have the freedom to build dealer plans that actually drive results, work closely with senior leadership on market development and play a central role in balancing demand, profitability and production. If you enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on commercial delivery, this role offers plenty of both.
About You
The position sits at the centre of the business. From dealer development and incentive planning through to forecasting, production alignment and customer insight, you'll be making decisions that have a visible impact on performance.
What You'll Need to Bring
- Proven leadership experience within an international dealer, distributor or manufacturer-led sales environment.
- A track record of delivering profitable growth across multiple markets and varying levels of market maturity.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, with experience in forecasting, incentive planning and performance management.
- The credibility to influence senior stakeholders, develop teams and represent a brand at the highest level.
