JOB TITLE: Sales Director – Invoice Finance / Asset Based Lending, Mid Corporate
SALARY: Competitive - will be discussed at interview stage
LOCATION: Birmingham
HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time at an office hub mentioned above.
About this Opportunity
The Invoice Finance Team plays a key part in supporting the cashflow needs of trading businesses. It is a growth area within LBG and across the UK, making this an exciting opportunity to build your career within the wider Group.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Invoice Finance / ABL Sales Director to join our team. This is a senior role with a strong regional presence, focused on identifying and delivering high quality new business through tailored invoice finance solutions.
You’ll support both new and existing clients, typically with turnovers between £25m and £100m, structuring and delivering Invoice Finance and ABL facilities that meet complex business needs.
We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates with transferable experience or those returning to the sector.
What you’ll be doing
- Originate and deliver new Invoice Finance and ABL opportunities within the Mid Corporate segment
- Build and grow relationships with new and existing clients to drive sustainable revenue
- Assess client requirements and structure tailored Invoice Finance and ABL solutions
- Lead deal structuring and negotiation through to successful execution
- Work closely with coverage teams and key introducers to generate opportunities
- Collaborate with product specialists to deliver complex client solutions
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities across mid-tier and multinational clients
- Drive a strong regional presence to improve market visibility and growth
