Sales Director – UK & Europe

Company: Insights Opinion

Location: United Kingdom / Europe (Remote or Hybrid, with regular travel)

Reports to: CEO

Department: Sales & Business Development

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About Insights Opinion

Insights Opinion is a global data collection partner specializing in quantitative and qualitative research. We deliver high-quality fieldwork through our proprietary panels, expert networks, and CATI (telephone) capabilities, with deep expertise in healthcare audiences, hard-to-reach B2B recruitment, and hybrid methodologies. We partner with market research agencies, consulting firms, and leading brands across North America, Europe, and beyond to power confident, evidence-based decision-making.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director for the UK & Europe to lead and grow our revenue across the region. This is a senior, quota-carrying leadership role responsible for building the sales pipeline, closing new business, expanding key accounts, and representing Insights Opinion as a trusted fieldwork and data collection partner to agencies, consultancies, and brands.

The ideal candidate combines a strong network within the market research and insights industry with a proven track record of selling data collection, panel, or fieldwork services. You will be the face of Insights Opinion across the UK and European markets, shaping our commercial strategy and delivering sustainable, profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Business Development

  • Own and deliver the UK & Europe sales target, driving new business acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Build, manage, and convert a robust sales pipeline across market research agencies, consulting firms, and brands.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities across quantitative, qualitative, CATI, panel, and expert network services.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and closing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
