About the role We are seeking a high-impact Sales Director to lead and scale our revenue growth across new and existing customers in the UK. This is a strategic and hands-on role, responsible for driving a 70:30 split between new business acquisition and account expansion.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions and/or PropTech platforms, with a proven ability to close complex, high-value deals and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities Revenue Growth Own and deliver ambitious revenue targets with a clear focus on 70% new business acquisition and 30% account growth. Lead from the front in closing strategic, enterprise-level deals. Develop and execute a scalable go-to-market sales strategy aligned to company growth objectives.

New Business Development (70%) Identify, pursue, and win net-new logos in the UK market. Build and execute targeted account strategies for high-value prospects. Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (C-suite, IT, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Client Services and Product).
Account Growth & Expansion (30%) Drive revenue growth within existing customers through upsell and cross-sell opportunities working closely with Customer Success on strategic account planning. Strengthen executive-level relationships to increase customer lifetime value. Partner with Client Services and customer success teams to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Key Requirements Extensive experience selling: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions and/or PropTech solutions (e.g. real estate platforms, property management, smart building tech). Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and enterprise deal closing. Experience managing both hunter and farmer sales motions.
Commercial & Industry Expertise Strong understanding of ERP transformation projects and/or real estate technology ecosystems. Experience selling into industries such as: Real estate / property. Financial services. Manufacturing, retail, or infrastructure (for D365 F&O).

Desirable Qualifications Experience working within a Microsoft partner / SI ecosystem. Track record selling cloud-based ERP or SaaS solutions. Knowledge of Microsoft stack (Azure, Power Platform). Experience operating across multiple geographies.
