Sales Director
The Sales Director will lead and drive sales strategies within the retail industry, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and business growth. Based in Brixton, this role requires a results-driven individual with a strong understanding of sales processes and market trends.

Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth industrial, engineering, manufacturing.
- Lead and manage the sales team of 70+, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Set sales targets and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior leadership.
- Oversee the development of sales training programmes to enhance team performance.
