About the Role
HERE is growing, and we’re hiring an experienced Sales Director to join our EMEA Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
This individual contributor role focuses on expanding our Enterprise SaaS footprint across large organizations in industries like:
- Financial Services
- Manufacturing
- Energy
- Metals & Mining
- Utilities
This role centers on:
- Driving new business by creating pipelines and expanding within existing relationships
- Promoting the adoption of HERE’s technology platform across new verticals
- Growing and diversifying our customer base

Target markets are primarily in the UK and Continental Europe.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re seeking a proven sales leader with: ✔ 8+ years of direct enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably across at least two high-volume industries (e.g., financial services, manufacturing, energy). ✔ Confident command of UK and Continental Europe markets (with a focus on UK, Ireland, France, Germany, or Spain). ✔ Proven track record of independently generating and closing large, complex enterprise deals through proactive outreach. ✔ Technical aptitude—can quickly learn concepts and present them to stakeholders like business leaders and engineering teams. ✔ Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation). ✔ Business proficiency in a second European language (preferred).
Responsibilities
Core Accountabilities

Pipeline Development:
- Proactively prospect, initiate contacts, and network strategically with key accounts.
- Leverage your network and HERE’s sales technology + AI tools to operationalize efficiency and value-led sales messaging.

Sales Performance:
- Run high-impact sales campaigns to achieve annual targets via the MEDDICC framework.
- transparency in tracking and reporting opportunity progression.

Client Relationships:
- Cultivate and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders throughout the entire sales cycle.

Solutions Partnering:
- Build expertise in security, productivity trends, enterprise challenges, and digital transformation.
- Tailor insights to customer use cases and priorities for solution alignment.

Tech Evangelism:
- Develop deep technical expertise in HERE’s platform and articulate its value confidently.
- Partner with HERE at industry events and support leads generation.
