The Role
We’re searching for an experience Sales Director to join our EMEA Sales Team.
About the Opportunity
The role will focus on: ✅ Strategic expansion of HERE’s Enterprise SaaS offerings ✅ Driving new business across large organisations in industries such as:
- Financial Services
- Manufacturing
- Energy
- Metals & Mining
- Utilities
📊 Your responsibilities:
- Building pipelines by identifying and engaging new relationships within target firms.
- Shifting customer adoption of HERE technology across verticals.
- Expanding organic customer relationships.
💡 The focus is on Independent contribution—increasing your own pipeline while meeting sales targets.
This position prioritizes UK and Continental Europe markets.
We’re looking for a candidate with a track record of successfully generating and closing complex, large enterprise SaaS deals.
This is an individual contributor role—not team management.
Responsibilities

Pipe Building: Grow a high-quality pipeline through:
- Proactive prospecting
- Networking and relationship-building
- Leveraging HERE’s sales technology and AI tools

Performance Metrics: Hit annual sales targets using an effective MEDDICC sales process and reporting pipeline progression accurately.

Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term client engagement throughout the full sales cycle.

Tech Expertise: Develop hydrophobic understanding of the HERE platform to:
- Present value propositions confidently
- Engage tech decision-makers (business leaders, developers, security roles)
- Represent HERE at industry events and lead generation.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
✔ 8+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience, selling across at least two industries such as:
- Financial Services, Manufacturing (in any subset: Metals, Mining, or Mining-Included)
- Energy or Utilities
✔ Confident command in UK and Continental Europe markets, with a focus on:
- UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain
✔ Experience selling enterprise-level platform tools with:
- Track record of organic pipeline generation through proactive outreach
- Proven ability to close large complex deals independently
✔ Understanding of technical concepts including:
- The ability to articulate value proposition to align with customer priorities
✔ Stakeholder Engagement & Sales Process Management
✔ Passion for both technology and digital transformation ✔ Encouraged by entrepreneurial drive with strategic, goal-setting focus
Desired Skills & Attributes
✔ English proficiency at a professional level
- Communication & listening skills

- Presentation capabilities
✔ Proficient in a second European language (not mandatory but preferable)
