About the Role
HERE is scaling fast and expanding across Europe. We’re hiring a Sales Director (multi-industry SME) to drive growth in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy, Metals & Mining, and Utilities.
Core Purpose
Proactively build businesses and expand inside existing customer accounts, delivering measurable pipeline growth for HERE’s targeted SME segment.
Geographic Focus – UK + Continental Europe (prioritise UK, France, Germany, Spain).
Responsibilities
Pipeline Development
- Build organic awareness for HERE among tactical decision-makers.
- Prospect evangelistically: blend reputation capital and clear messaging while qualifying queries efficiently.
- Maximise activity per day: deep account lists, 20–plus touches per prospect before closing.
- Partner with customer success to steadily expand within winning accounts.

Sales Execution
- Follow MEDDICC process rigorously.
- Drive $1.5M–$3M ARR pipeline/quarter—to rapidly follow through with design, ‘show version’, and total contribution.
- Maintain weekly check-ins with managers and content stacks to ensure timely presentations and deals.
Strategic Engagement
- Deeply understand enterprise security challenges and regulatory mandates across target industries.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product to rapidly field technical objections.
- Act as a trusted HERE subject matter expert in communities, events, and influencer relations.
- Front all new initiatives and help define go-to-market functions mirroring our ideal solution.
Requirements
Essential
- 8+ years selling SaaS or platform-based solutions to SME customers across at least two industries (e.g., financial services, manufacturing, energy/mining).
- Proven record of $1.2M+ ARR contribution in pure-play selling mode. (Two years at large SME count, i.e. 20 deals, is preferred over five “wide-net” years)
- Pure play via direct sales—no rev share campaigns.
- Technical aptitude: ability to “sell to engineers” with rapid product mastery.
- Prism work: managing single dep, reporting to partner platform avg. 40 days (intact environments).
