Sales Director, Multi-Industry SME
Location: London, UK / Hybrid Remote
We have an office in London, and this position can be based either in the office or on a hybrid remote basis. The expectation is to attend the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays (subject to legal right to work in the jurisdiction).

About the Role
HERE is expanding its EMEA Sales team and is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive SME SaaS growth across industries like:
- Financial Services
- Manufacturing
- Energy
- Metals & Mining
- Utilities
This role focuses on:
- Expanding our SaaS footprint in new markets
- Cultivating long-term client relationships
- Generating high-volume deals via proactive outreach
This is an individual contributor position—targets are owned by the incumbent. SaaS commercial success is defined by:
- Pipeline generation through new logos
- Effective value proposition delivery
- High-volume opportunity management

Ideal candidates have:
- 8+ years of direct SME SaaS sales experience (with exposure to 2+ industries)
- Proven UK & Continental Europe sales expertise (UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain preferred)
- Enterprise platform sales track record
- Technical aptitude combined with consultative storytelling skills
- Self-driven growth mindset
Responsibilities
- Pipeline Growth: Proactively build strong new-logo pipelines through networking, strategic outreach, and qualification mastery.
- Commercial Success:
- Achieve annual underwriting targets via structured sales campaigns (e.g., MEDDICC).
- Align opportunity progression with client-driven processes.
- Client Relationships:
- Nurture long-term partnerships at all engagement stages.
- Address security & productivity challenges as consultants on behalf of HERE.
- Product Expertise:
- Rapidly develop expertise in HERE stack, aligning features with client needs.
- Represent HERE confidently with C-level, tech and security stakeholders.
- Event Engagement:
- Share insights at industry events to drive lead generation.
Requirements
Experience
✅ 8+ years of SME SaaS sales experience, with representative experience in at least two industries (e.g., finance, manufacturing, energy, etc.)
✅ Sales approach focused on new-logo deal generation via proactive outreach.
✅ Track record of managing high-volume pipelines (15+ WCRs) while cultivating client-centric relationships.
Skills
✅ Ability to sell into high-value B2B accounts
- Effectively communicate our tech platform to technical & non-technical stakeholders.
