Sales Director - New Business
Role Summary
At Info-Tech Research Group, we empower IT leaders to make better decisions, drive measurable results, and accelerate business success. As Sales Director – New Business, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, you will lead a team of experienced Business Development Managers and play a critical role in shaping and executing our sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Business Development Managers to consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a high-performance culture through accountability, recognition, and ongoing professional development.
- Support your team in complex sales cycles, providing mentorship and guidance for success.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to ensure goals are met and exceeded.
- Identify opportunities to enhance sales processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales Directors and senior leadership to align strategies and achieve company-wide growth goals.
- Represent Info-Tech with professionalism, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
Key Selection Criteria
- Proven success in building, leading, and motivating high-performing B2B sales teams in the Technology industry.
- Strong people leadership skills, with a track record of developing top-performing sales talent.
- History of exceeding sales and revenue goals in professional services, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze metrics and deliver results under pressure.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
- Valid passport/enhanced license and driver’s license, with the ability to travel in North America.
- Asset: Bilingual proficiency in German or Swiss German to effectively communicate with clients.

Remote/In-Office Policy
This role offers a hybrid schedule:
- 4 days working at our London, UK office
- 1 day working remotely
