Sales Director - Premium Drinks

Hybrid

This is a board-level commercial leadership appointment with one of the UK's most exciting premium drinks businesses. A brand with genuine character, a loyal and growing consumer following, and serious ambition — this is a business that has carved out a distinctive position in a competitive market and is now looking for the commercial leader to take it to the next level.

With a clear growth agenda and strong brand equity, the business is entering one of the most exciting chapters in its development. The Sales Director appointment is central to that story.

Reporting into the CEO and operating with full board visibility, you will set the commercial direction across all channels — from national and regional accounts through to wholesale, strategic partnerships and emerging routes to market. This is a role with real strategic weight: you will own the commercial strategy, drive profitable growth, and act as a senior voice at board level on everything from pricing and investment to channel development and long-term value creation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
