Sales Director – Global Facilities Management
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £180,000–£220,000 Basic + Executive Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits
Lead Growth for a Global Market Leader
A market-leading global Facilities Management organisation is seeking an exceptional Sales Director to drive strategic growth across the UK and international markets. This is a high-profile executive opportunity for a proven sales leader with the vision, commercial acumen, and leadership capability to deliver significant revenue growth within a world-class business.
Reporting directly to the Executive Leadership Team, you will lead the development and execution of the company's sales strategy, managing major client relationships, driving new business acquisition, and building a high-performing sales organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with ambitious growth objectives.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing national sales team.
- Secure and negotiate major Facilities Management outsourcing contracts with blue-chip organisations.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Work collaboratively with operations, bid, finance, and delivery teams to ensure outstanding client outcomes.
- Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and board-level reporting.
- Represent the organisation at industry events and with strategic partners.

About You
You will be an established Sales Director or Commercial Director with a successful track record within the Facilities Management sector.
You will demonstrate:
- Significant experience winning large-scale integrated FM contracts.
- A consistent record of exceeding multi-million-pound revenue targets.
- Strong leadership experience managing senior sales professionals.
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial credibility with C-suite decision-makers.
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to business development.
- The ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, global environment.
