Sales Director – France & Europe
iovox | Remote (France-based) | Full Time
About iovox
iovox (pronounced eye-oh-voks) is a growing and profitable call analytics and AI company. Our technology is used by large businesses to increase revenue and improve operating efficiency. We're building out our European commercial team and looking for exceptional people to help us expand.
We have a significant and immediate opportunity in the France Market and across Europe. Our AI voice agent and call intelligence platform is gaining strong traction with enterprise marketplace and platform businesses, and we need someone who can open doors and close deals quickly.
The Opportunity
This is not a role for someone who needs a pipeline handed to them.
We're looking for a proven enterprise sales professional, France Enterprise sales experience, who has spent years building relationships at the right level and knows exactly who to call. Someone who can walk into a conversation with a C-suite or senior commercial leader and be taken seriously from the first meeting.
The AI opportunity in front of us right now is significant. We're moving fast and we need someone who can move with us, generating their own pipeline, building relationships from scratch where needed, and converting them into long-term enterprise contracts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Within the first few months we'd expect you to be active in the market, opening conversations and building pipeline largely under your own initiative. It's a genuine ground floor opportunity and requires someone who thrives in that environment.
The Role
You will own and grow iovox's commercial presence in France, with scope to develop wider European opportunities. Working directly with the CCO, you will identify, target, and close enterprise accounts across marketplaces, platforms, and large commercial businesses where AI voice intelligence and call analytics deliver measurable revenue impact.
This is an individual contributor role.
Day to day you will:
- Build and own your pipeline from the ground up, using your network and your market knowledge
- Identify and pursue enterprise targets across France and Europe
- Lead commercial conversations at C-suite and senior decision maker level
- Work with the iovox product and technical team to scope and close complex deals
- Represent iovox at industry events and in the market
- Keep CRM updated and deliver accurate pipeline reporting
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of enterprise sales in France, with a network you've spent years building
- Comfortable selling complex, consultative SaaS or technology solutions to large organisations
- Sector experience across marketplaces, real estate, automotive, hospitality, or adjacent industries is an advantage but not a requirement - domain expertise matters less than commercial pedigree and network quality
- Native or professional-level French essential; strong English required
- Self-starter who operates with minimal supervision and maximum output
- Comfortable working remotely and autonomously
- Able and willing to travel within France and across Europe
- 8 or more years of enterprise B2B sales experience
