About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director to lead and accelerate revenue growth across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the UK commercial strategy, leading a high-performing team, and building strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the UK sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability targets
  • Own and manage the UK sales pipeline and forecast to ensure consistent performance against targets
  • Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities across retail media
  • Drive growth across existing accounts while securing new strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on pricing strategy, commercial models, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing UK organisation
  • Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and development plans for team members
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to support career progression within the team

  • Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth in a senior commercial leadership role
  • Experience managing large enterprise clients
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Retail media networks
    • First-party data
    • Audience targeting
    • Measurement solutions
  • Experience leading and developing successful teams
  • Demonstrates success in complex commercial negotiations and contract management
