Role: Sales Director – SAP Testing & Quality Engineering (QE)
Location: London, UK (1st preference), Frankfurt (2nd), Zurich, Basel (3rd)
Mode: Hybrid
About the Role
We are seeking a high-impact Sales Director/Practice Engagement Manager to drive growth of our SAP Testing and Quality Engineering (QE) business across UK/Europe. This role is critical in expanding our footprint across SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, RISE/GROW deals, and Managed Testing Services.
The ideal candidate will combine SAP domain expertise, consultative sales skills, and strong client relationships to build and convert a robust pipeline of SAP testing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Pipeline Creation
- Own and deliver SAP Testing revenue targets across key European markets
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of S/4HANA, rollouts, AMS, and transformation testing deals
- Identify whitespace opportunities across existing accounts and new logos
- Own and govern $50M+ revenue portfolio across SAP QE services
- Adding additional net new revenue for each year
Strategic Deal Shaping & Closures
- Lead end-to-end deal lifecycle: opportunity identification → solutioning → closure
- Shape differentiated propositions leveraging:
- AI-led QE platforms
- Automation-led testing (TOSCA, Worksoft, etc.)
- SAP transformation frameworks
- Anchor RFP/RFI responses, value propositions, and win themes
Client Relationship Management
- Build CXO-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, QA Heads, and Transformation leaders
- Position testing as a business enabler (risk reduction, faster go-live, cost optimization)
- Drive proactive engagement and account mining

- Advise clients on SAP testing strategy across S/4HANA (Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield)
- Position capabilities across:
- Functional, Integration, UAT, Performance testing
- Test automation & AI-driven testing
- Industry-specific SAP solutions (Retail, Pharma, Manufacturing)
Partner & Ecosystem Engagement
- Collaborate with SAP, hyperscalers, and testing tool partners (e.g., Tricentis, Panaya, Worksoft)
- Co-create joint propositions and go-to-market strategies
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with delivery, solutions, and QE practice teams
- Drive creation of:
- Reusable solution assets
- Industry-specific testing offerings
- Mentor junior sales and solutioning teams
Required Experience
- 15–20+ years in enterprise sales, SAP or ERP programs
- Proven track record in large deal closures ($5M–$30M+)
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and testing lifecycle
- Experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders
Core Skills
SAP & QE Expertise
- Strong understanding of:
- SAP S/4HANA transformation lifecycle
- SAP testing methodologies and tools
- Automation and AI-led testing trends
- Familiarity with SAP modules (SD, MM, FICO, etc.) and business processes
- Test automation and tools
Sales & Consulting Skills
- Strong consultative selling and storytelling capability
- Ability to articulate ROI-driven solutions (cost, risk, speed)
- Executive communication and presentation skills
- GTM strategy and partner management
Geography & Market
- Experience in European clients and markets (DACH, UK, Nordics preferred)
- Strong network across enterprise SAP customers
Differentiators
- Experience in SAP RISE / GROW programs and cloud transformations
- Exposure to AI-driven QE, automation-first testing models
- Strong understanding of industry verticals (Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Retail, Energy, CPG, Logistics and others
- Emphasis on AI-powered SAP QE
- Blend of Sales Leader + Trusted Advisor role
- Ability to manage a high-volume, multi-deal pipeline environment across mid-sized SAP transformation programs.
