Sales Director – UKI (Individual Contributor)
Treasury Management Software | London, UK
We're working with a leading European Treasury Management Software (TMS) provider that is scaling its UK presence. With an 11+ year average customer tenure, a 3–4% churn rate, and clients including FTSE-listed corporates and global enterprises, this is a company with a proven product and a clear mandate to grow. A new CEO (London-based), PE backing, and a next-generation platform that's now fully market-ready make this the right moment to join. ~300 employees; new CEO and CRO now driving UK growth
This is a senior, fully autonomous individual contributor role, the ideal opportunity for an experienced enterprise sales professional who thrives without handholding and wants to own a market.
The Opportunity
- Own and build the UK & Ireland new-logo pipeline from a strong but underdeveloped base (~£600–700K existing ARR)
- Sell into Treasurers and CFOs at companies with £100M–£2B revenue, complex, consultative enterprise deals
- Average deal size £35–50K ACV with pre-sales support available for technical demos
- ~50% self-generated pipeline; remainder from a dedicated BDR team and inbound marketing
- Light account management of an existing UK client portfolio (incl. British American Tobacco, Canary Wharf Group)
- Attend and network at ACT (Association of Corporate Treasurers) events, Big Four roundtables and partner events in London

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
