Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Essential Experience

  • Proven track record of hunting and closing new B2B enterprise accounts in technology services, EdTech Solutions and Services. Demonstrable examples of building a good sales pipeline.
  • Direct experience selling into or operating within the education sector — Understanding of EdTech business models, procurement cycles, and the stakeholder landscape (CTO, CDO, VP Engineering, VP Content).
  • Commercially sophisticated: able to build and present a business case, construct a multi-year revenue model, and navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals involving legal, procurement, and technical evaluation.
  • Experience working with or selling alongside Global teams. Comfortable with the dynamics with our team. Must understand how to position this commercially and operationally to sceptical UK/EU buyers.
  • Consultative sales approach: able to open with pain (not product), run effective discovery, and build proposals around the client’s specific commercial and technical context. This is not a product demo role.
  • Strong executive presence and written communication: able to write sharp, persuasive proposals and hold your own in meetings with CTO and VP-level buyers at global publishers.
