Position: Sales Director – Healthcare/Education Sectors
Sector: Fire Protection Solutions
Location: National UK | Flexible Location
Package: Executive Salary + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits
Our client is a leading provider of fire protection and compliance services, supporting customers across the built environment with a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and regulatory excellence. Due to continued growth and strategic expansion, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director with experience selling into either the Healthcare and/or sectors to lead and develop their presence across these sectors.
This is a high-profile leadership role focused on driving revenue growth, developing strategic relationships, and expanding market share within NHS Trusts, healthcare estates, FM providers, and Education environments.
The successful candidate will possess a proven background in healthcare sales, healthcare estates, FM services, & Education together with the ability to operate credibly at senior stakeholder and board level. Experience within fire protection, compliance services, facilities management, or technical B2B services would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the commercial growth strategy for the healthcare division
- Build and manage senior relationships across NHS Trusts, healthcare estates, FM providers, Education and strategic partners
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across healthcare, education and associated public sector frameworks
- Lead major bids, tenders, and commercial negotiations
- Work closely with operational and technical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer retention
- Provide strategic market intelligence, competitor analysis, and sector insight
- Manage and develop a high-performing sales function

Candidate Profile:
- Proven Sales Director / Business Development Director level experience
- Strong track record selling into NHS, healthcare estates, healthcare FM, Education or related environments
- Experience within fire protection, compliance, FM services, engineering services, or technical B2B sectors
- Demonstrable success delivering revenue growth and developing strategic accounts
- Strong commercial, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate nationally with flexibility to travel across the UK
